My husband grew up in St. Louis (let me know if you want to know which High School ;-) and the first Christmas he came to our house, he brought us a pound of the Milk Chocolate. He certainly knew how to win over my family because our entire family practically had fist fights over this chocolate.



It is incredibly creamy, rich, and full of flavor. It makes Nestles taste like cardboard. Their Bissinger's Dark Chocolate Peppermint Bark (10 Oz) is also like Nirvana.

I have been purchasing these for about 20 years. They are amazing. Bissinger's chocolate is excellent quality (have never had better). My husband buys these for my birthday, Valentines Day, anniversary, and Christmas. And I am always delighted to receive them. My 10 year old loves them. They make a great gift. THESE ARE GLUTEN FREE!!!!! The sucrose syrup is made from wheat starch but it is so highly processed that it is truly gluten free. Trust me I checked this out thoroughly. Plus Bissinger's is very knowledgeable about gluten free testing. The service is first class.



Also highly recommend their truffles, black sesame crunch, and Jordan almonds.

I have never had better quality chocolate (okay I have had some amazing Swiss chocolate). All their products are excellent, we really love the black sesame crunch, especially my Arabic husband, who may be a little bit of a sesame seed snob. Did I mention this is GLUTEN FREE!!! These chocolate shells were very elegant looking & tasted great. I piped Hershey's European mousse (also bought on Amazon)into the cups. It was the most elegant looking dessert & took me no time at all to make. The cups were packaged very well & arrived in one piece. The large cups were fairly large more so than I expected. They fit almost a cup of mousse in them. I wish I would have ordered the small ones instead but will know for future reference. I would certainly order these again.
